Welcome to Storybook Egg Hunt, a product of Paideia Collection, LLC. Our mission is to create safe, trustworthy experiences that families can enjoy together. By accessing or playing Storybook Egg Hunt, you agree to the following terms.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service on your own behalf. Minors may play Storybook Egg Hunt with the permission, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use this service, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms of Use on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for their activity.
Storybook Egg Hunt is a browser-based game that is largely free to play. Certain select features may be offered as paid options in the future. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the game at any time without prior notice.
The game offers voluntary donation options processed through Stripe. Donations are voluntary contributions to support ongoing development and are non-refundable. Donations do not grant any special access, rights, or privileges within the game.
Storybook Egg Hunt does not require accounts and does not collect personal information for registration. Game progress is managed through save codes that are generated locally.
You are responsible for copying and storing your save codes. If you clear your browser data or lose your save code, your progress cannot be recovered. Paideia Collection, LLC is not responsible for any lost game progress.
All content within Storybook Egg Hunt — including but not limited to artwork, characters, music, code, and game design — is the property of Paideia Collection, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the game without express written permission.

Storybook Egg Hunt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paideia Collection, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
